I  recently bought NHPC at 29.5 levels. I never subscribed for the IPO then.
Target for this PSU is  Rs41 with viewpoint of 1year.
This this if we have good monsoons then NHPC will get golden egg.
It's not a risk free business model knowing the relationship we share with our neighbours on northern belt.
But with improving relationship between India & China I see low probability of war.
I will share with you fundamentals soon.

Also before you Invest in IPO please check ICRA/Crisil rating I gives fair rational idea about company.
